We are three friendly young people in our mid-twenties looking for a sociable housemate, preferably either a postgraduate student or worker. Pete and James are both young professionals and Laura is a postgraduate student.
The double room on offer is in great condition and is available at the very low price of just £290 pcm unfurnished. Bills are not included but we have found them to be very reasonable.
The house is in a good location, 10 minutes from Exeter City Centre and just 5 minutes from the Polsloe Bridge Train Station. Manston Road has free parking all year round and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly, with a convenience store within 2 minutes’ walk. We have a large kitchen and open plan Dining room equipped with three fridges, two freezers, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The property has a separate lounge including a large TV and house computer. Additionally, there is a well-kept back garden which is ideal for barbeques in the summer (English weather permitting!)
