Modern, homely, friendly, well maintained house with settled, easy going housemates looking for one more.

The house is 1 min walk from Polsloe Bridge train station, a 15 min walk from Central Exeter, 25 min walk to the university, 5 min walk from Morrisons and a 5 minute drive to the motorway. There is plenty of on street parking. The room is a large, well appointed double at the back of the house, overlooking the garden, available from December 16th 2023.

Dan is 26 and doing a PhD at Exeter University. Erica also works at the uni in Environmental Science Research.

They love to relax, take it easy, watch a film and chill out but are equally happy to be out and about socialising.

Looking for a housemate willing to keep the house reasonably tidy and be respectful (within reason). They occasionally cook and shop together.

The room is a fully furnished double bedroom with extensive built in cupboards and drawers. There is a shared bathroom and toilet upstairs, and a downstairs toilet as well. Lounge and dining room are a good size and nicely decorated, and the kitchen is spacious with a pantry. There is a cleaner every two weeks to make sure the house is clean and tidy which is included in the rent. The tenants also have a joint broadband and tv package. There is a beautiful garden with seating areas and a shed for bikes, etc. It's great for a summer BBQ. A gardener comes twice a month to keep it in good shape which is again included in the rent.

All rooms have recently been re-painted and re-carpeted .
