A modern, well-maintained property.

The bedroom is bright and well furnished with a single bed, shelves, chest of drawers, double wardrobe and storage units. I can provide towels, bed linen and laundry.

The shared living room, bathroom, conservatory and kitchen are of a high standard. WiFi throughout the house, communal kitchen appliances, pots, pans etc. We have a lovely sun trap garden and a shed that you are welcome to use for push bikes.

Off road parking at no extra cost. There are regular bus services into the city centre, and university. Morrison’s and Aldi are nearby, and there’s a Co-op just a couple of minutes’ walk away.

We occasionally have friendly dogs to stay. A professional cleaner comes to the property once a fortnight and this can include your room if you wish.
