Beautiful & spacious double room with a large ensuite available to rent in a friendly home based in Newcourt. We have very easy access into the City Centre, Topsham & Exmouth beach via multiple options of public transport!

We are looking for a lodger who will have a double room (with a lovely new double bed, photo will be updated ASAP) with a big ensuite bathroom, which is based on the first floor next to the main sitting room. There is plenty of space within our home having 2 sitting rooms, 4 bathrooms, a good size garden and balconies! There is also access to washing machine/tumble dryer/tv/wifi. Ideally, any potential lodger will be tidy, and looking for a quiet room and enjoy living in a family friendly environment. We are a young family with 2 small children - all our bedrooms are based on the second floor. We also have a gorgeous pug called Dougie.

Bus stop is a 30 second walk away and the buses goes straight into the centre of town on a regular basis. We are also in a 10 min walking distance to Newcourt train station!
