Furnished Double Room in Heavitree, Exeter

Hi! I'm on the look out for a considerate, clean and tidy person to rent a nicely decorated room in my Heavitree house.

The room will be available until late Octoberish when I’ll move my office into this room. This will allow a much larger room to be rented out which you could transfer to if you’re happy to ride out a small amount of upheaval and agree a new fair rent price.

The room currently on offer has space for a very small desk though there is a decent size dining room which may serve as a better option for the occasional working from home etc..

The house has a fully equipped kitchen, sitting room, dining room and bathroom. Outside there is a small back yard with a washing line and brick shed offering secure bike storage. Parking is on-street and you’ll have first refusal on the spare permit which costs £30 per year.
