Small Double room, friendly home, Exeter

We have a double room available to rent in our lovely 3-bed home in central Exeter, and would love to find a similarly a friendly and tidy person to share with us!

The house is an end-terrace in a quiet road near central Exeter, in an excellent location close to Heavitree, the city centre and the University. There is a spacious shared kitchen, living room, bathroom with bath and shower, and outside enclosed terrace area. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and crockery for shared use, and the bedroom is unfurnished. Off-road/road parking (DCC permit will cost you about £50 a year) and a bike shed are available.

Sky free-view and wifi, along with all bills are included for £400 per month, with one £250 deposit and 6 months min. stay.

You would be sharing with two friendly professional females, in a very relaxed and homely environment. The home is also home to a super friendly dog so only dog lovers please apply.
