Having recently been refurbished to an excellent standard, we have rooms available in Elmbrook House, New North Road which is located adjacent to the University grounds making it a perfect location for students at Exeter University.

Elmbrook House is a Georgian property full of fantastic original features. Until recently the property was owned by the University and operated as a Halls of Residence for several years, however was recently sold and over the last 2 years has undergone a substantial refurbishment program.

There are 5 bedrooms on the first floor, two of which are ensuite, the other three sharing a shower room, please note that our offices (Hellier Ridley) are located on the ground floor so there are a few communal areas. On the ground floor is a new kitchen/dining and living room which is shared between all occupants. Finally on the second floor are two further bedrooms, both ensuite with shared kitchen.

Elmbrook House is a very welcoming and friendly property and every care has gone into making the Tenants feel comfortable and well catered for.

The rents are inclusive of all bills.

NB To reserve a room there is a holding deposit of £100 payable which is refunded once the Tenancy starts.
