Room-mate wanted for fully furnished double non-smoking room with correct references. Council tax, wireless broadband and cable TV, water and energy bills are all included.

The room is cosy with quite a bit of storage. It's my favourite room with the location on to the garden.

Located 10 mins walk from town, 10 mins from Streatham campus, 10 mins from Central Station. Good public transport links to MET Office, EDF and Exeter Business Park etc.

House includes fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, lounge, garden. All local amenities are available. The room includes a double bed, bedside table desk chair and built-in wardrobe.

Looking for friendly chilled out type people, Current flatmates enjoy keeping fit, with interests in the Arts, photography, Food and possibly growing herbs!!
