-Large double room with own private bathroom (access is right opposite the bedroom door) for rent in 3 bed semi-detached house in Wonford area. The rest of the house is shared with just me – I’m in my 40s and I work full time. I've shared my whole life, so I'm very used living with other people.

- The room has lots of storage including a chest of drawers, bedside table, triple-door wardrobe and space for more furniture if necessary. There's also an aerial socket for a TV, etc.

- The shared space includes a kitchen with lots of cupboards and a living room with tv. Outside there's a front and rear garden with a locked shed.

-The house is 15-20 mins walk from the hospital, 35 mins walk to the city center, and 1 min walk from a bus stop.

- Non-smoking, full time professionals only. I don't mind working from home as long as it's occasional.
