Very Large Room in the heart of Exeter+Double Bed!

Aside from the room being everything you could hope for: huge floor space, double bed, new mattress just a month ago with ample shelf/ table/ desk and drawer space - the whole property is also ideal. The bathroom has a large bath for those who enjoy one. The lounge is very comfortable with three sofas and a widescreen TV downstairs, the kitchen is modern and fully equipped and when the weather's nice the garden and its table-bench make for a huge plus too. The other four rooms of the house are currently occupied by 4 final year students at the university of Exeter. Being final years, with the exception of birthdays, parties should not be expected and late nights are just as rare. Each house member is amiable, clean and polite to a fault. I can't vouch for them enough. All in all, if you are looking for a spacious room in Exeter with the potential for privacy or even new friends, you won't find a better room than this one.
