The house was completely renovated in 2016, with new central heating, complete electrical re-wire, new drainage and water mains and new gas supply. The house has 3 bathrooms (shared main bathroom with bath and shower, shared ground floor shower room and private en-suite for the loft bedroom), a shared kitchen/diner with good quality appliances and under-floor heating. There is a lounge/sitting room, with a corner sofa and 40inch LCD TV. High speed broadband is included. Outside, there is a small patio garden with key-code access via a rear- access path and a sheltered bike rack which is safe and secure for you to lock a bike up. The room comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

Parking: Exeter City Council recently introduced permit parking at the property which operates between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday. Allocation is 2 per household and one permit is available, to be purchased separately via Exeter city council.
Location: The house is situated at the top of Park Road, 10 minutes walk from the Vue cinema and Princesshay in Exeter city centre. In under 5 minutes you can walk to local convenience stores, a pub, a cafe/restaurant and a park. It is on the corner of Pinhoe Road and Polsloe Road with excellent bus links and only a ten minute walk from the nearest railway station. Saint Luke’s Campus is a 10 minute walk, Streatham Campus a 30 minute walk and the RD&E a 12 minute walk away. Exeter airport is a 20 minute bus ride / 15 minute drive away.

Housemates: You’ll be sharing with an international mix of working professionals and post-graduate students who get on well, work hard, have lots of hobbies, love the Friday feeling and enjoy the odd mid-week beer/BBQ/festival etc! They will be looking for somebody laid back and friendly, who is like minded, respectful of the other housemates and of the house and who cleans up after themselves.

Rent: £750pcm to be paid on 1st of each month. One month’s deposit will be required to secure the room and can be paid in cash, or by bank transfer. Bills, council tax and house insurance are included in the rental cost. A TV license is not included in the rent and would need to be purchased separately if required.
