The house is situated on a side-street off Pinhoe Road which is approximately a 25 minute walk from Streatham Campus, and a 10 minute walk from the St Luke's Campus. The room we are advertising will be the ground floor rear-room, which you will be able to see if you get in contact with us, so that we can direct you to the existing tenants for a viewing.

Situated near to the city centre, this house is a prime location for someone who likes to go out in the city, and adds convenience as is close to the main grocery shops on Sidwell Street and those further into town.

All the flatmates are students on Streatham Campus, studying; Politics, Philosophy & Economics; Politics & Philosophy; Drama; and Computer Science. by the time we move in we will all be 2nd year students. We are a group who like to socialise and party now and again, but are also committed to our studies.

We are happy to meet up with potential tenants to see if we are the right group for you, just get in contact and we'll be more than happy to arrange an informal meeting either on campus or in town.
