It's a gentle and flat 15-20min walk to rail station - where you can get a day return to Exeter central for about £4 and is just a 9 minute journey. It is also a stone's throw from the bus stop, a 5 minute drive to the airport, and 10 minute drive to Sowton industrial estate.

References are not absolutely necessary. But preference will be given to those who can provide good ones.
