House is located in central Exeter, in the St. Thomas area. It is opposite from a bus stop and is 15 minutes walk to the centre of town and 20 minutes walk to St. David’s train station.

The room itself is bright and spacious, and overlooks the garden. The room has been newly painted, carpeted and decorated, and is fully furnished. The bathroom has also been newly refitted.

There is a shared and fully equipped open plan kitchen and dining room, and separate shared lounge. I have all the relevant mod cons in the kitchen, and a Virgin TV and Broadband package.

I’m looking to rent the room to a clean, tidy and respectful woman who is able to get along with my lovely cat - Louis.

I work full-time and enjoy quiet evenings, drinking coffee and walking with my friends on my days off.
