Looking for Happy Housemates

I have lovely double rooms available from 15 and 20 January 2018 to live in my lovely cosy home. Ideally happy smiley ladies that can all relax around each other, not a party house...but not a boring one!! Haha

The house has 2 reception rooms (lounge and separate diner) and a kitchen diner. The house is decorated to a good standard with new floors and kitchen. It is ideally located being 15 min walk to city centre and 5 min walk to polsloe bridge train station and right on a bus route.

I’m listed as a live in landlord but I won’t be...I can’t change this on the system on the app. I have one lovely girl moving in on 15 January into bedroom 2. Bedroom 3 is available now and My bedroom (the largest) will be available hopefully when I leave around end Jan. The house will be effectively full of newbies which I think is nice as everyone will be new in together
