Double bedroom in large house

Light and airy double bedroom available in a spacious 4 bed house in Exeter.
Shared spaces include: large lounge, kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, bathroom with bath and shower as well as a garage and garden.
There is also parking space available.
I am a consultant civil engineer and my husband Tom is a manager at a climbing centre. He lives and works away during the week. Our other lodgers Allan and Pippa work full time. We are quiet, clean and respectful.
Tom and I are very outdoor oriented specifically climbing but also surfing, running etc.
Pets would be discussed on an individual basis and may require an additional deposit.
