The room is furnished with a good quality double bed, chest of draws, wardrobe and desk. The flat is top floor, quiet and spacious with living room and a balcony. On street parking on the road outside, no permit required.
The flat is 4 bedrooms and currently two girl's one guy 23-28.
We all work 9-5 so were pretty quiet during the week, weekends we like to socialise and there will sometimes be friends over for drinks etc. Were all really easy going.
All bills included, BT infinity internet.
