Description

The flat is situated in the Whipton area of Exeter. There is easy access to Middlemoor and Sandygate for commuters, decent parking availability, and a selection of nearby supermarkets. It's a great location for professionals and walking distance for the Met Office, but students may find themselves a bit far from the campus.
Walking to the city centre takes roughly 50 minutes.

The room itself is 10'10 x 10'6, so plenty of space, with a double bed, a single wardrobe, desk and drawers. It receives sunlight in the morning for those who like a gentle wake up with a view over the lawn.

The living room is 16'7 x 11'4 with access to a small balcony, which is where the afternoon sunlight comes in and is a very pleasant place to sit. It's been recently redecorated.

Aside from the kitchen and bathroom, there is also a utility with washing machine, dryer and freezer, and a stretch of lawn out the rear of the property with communal washing lines, and a shed.

About me:
I work full time while setting up a business, and doing some volunteer hours. My work is social, so at home I might need quiet time to myself. I do however enjoy having someone around to simply chat with, and talk about our days.

My interests incline towards the nerdy and I spend time at my computer or reading. I own home weights to exercise with, and I go for walks and swims. I also enjoying cooking and like to occasionally share a meal.

I'm looking for a generally quiet lodger because my cat can be nervous of Goings On. When she gets to know you she is a noisy, demanding little bossy-boots, and very affectionate.
There is a cat tax to pay; this kitty loves her fishing rod and will ask you to play with her.
