I have a two bedroom house located at polsoe bridge area of Exeter. This is ideal for commuters & university students. The home is situated 5 minutes bus ride for university or 15 minute walk, a 20 minute walk to the local town. Great location for staff who work at Exeter RD&e, Exeter town, sowton within 10 minute drive.
I live at the home. I am a professional worker . I would like a person to stay who is respectful, sociable, tidy person. All amenities are available too use.
On road parking.
The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, full length mirror, bedside table & lamp with curtains. Located next door to the bathroom. The kitchen has full facilities, downstairs toilet & full use of wifi.


I offer mid week rental or short term rental for a max of 3-4 months.
