Amenities provided: washing machine, dryer, power shower, oven, fridge freezer, electric hob, plenty of storage space. In the bedroom, the furniture is owned by the current occupier, but he would be willing to sell.

I am a PhD student at the university, studying machine learning applications to help find leaks in water distribution networks.

Price is £325 per month + bills (around £50 per month exc council tax if applicable).
6 month minimum.
Deposit: £300, Agency fee: £175 for referencing and application.
