Great weekly rate!

I have a nice single room available to rent indefinitely for a minimum of 2 months, from June 15th, 2019. It is furnished, clean and bright. Renter must be employed or a University student. The house is walking distance to the University or to the centre of town.
I have 2 cats so renter must not be allergic and must like cats. The rent is slightly less than the norm for the area in exchange for the occasional feeding of cats when I am away for short periods. You have access to the kitchen, laundry, outside courtyard, and sometimes to the living room and TV if I am not using it. This is a no-smoking house.
I work in Arts Management and am also a potter so there are pottery things about the place. I am very easy going but expect quiet after 11pm or so, and for tenant to clean up after themselves in kitchen and bathroom.
