I am not just renting a room, I am happy to share the house, there is plenty of space, 2 lounges, kitchen/diner and outside furniture in summer.
The house is modern and contemporary and kept tidy and clean, I have a cleaner who comes in regularly. The heating is on 24/7 so the house is always warm.
Looking for a working professiona who is a non smoker.
