Double room with shared bathroom available in tidy, two bed house in Cranbrook.

You will have access to the whole house, including a double bedroom with storage space, upstairs shared main bathroom, downstairs bathroom, living room, and fully fitted kitchen. There is a south-facing rear garden that I've recently re-developed and an allocated parking space on a driveway. There is also plenty of unrestricted street parking.

The entire house has been redecorated within the last 6 months (current photos show bedroom prior to decoration - it is now painted light grey with new curtains but otherwise the same).

The room itself is furnished with a standard sized double bed, cupboard with hanging rail, two bedside tables and a desk/office chair. Further storage is available in under-bed draws or you can supply your own additional furniture.

Cranbrook is a quiet neighbourhood and the house is located very close to the country park. There are a few local shops (Co-Op, takeaways, pub, pharmacy etc) a 5-10 minute walk away.

The A30 & M5 are a 5 minute drive and the train station serving both London & Exeter is a 10 minute walk. Buses into the city run every 20 minutes. Exeter Airport is also close by.

I'm looking to share with an honest, friendly professional or post-grad student. Personally, I am quite a tidy person so it is important to find someone who will look after the house in a similar way.
