Room Available in St Leonard’s Area

Hello,

We are looking for a new housemate to move in from the 7th June, ideally someone looking for a long term contract, minimum 6 months.

We are all working professionals (and a cat) who enjoy making the house a friendly, relaxed home. We are looking for a like-minded person (male or female) who are also tidy, respectful and are happy to help out with household chores once in a while.

The house is mostly furnished and equipped with everything you need, including broadband, however we welcome anything you wish to bring if you’re happy to share.

The bedrooms will be unfurnished.

We are centrally located in St Leonards which means a 5 minute walk from Princesshay, 15 minutes to Exeter Central, 30 minutes to the Hospital - an ideal location!
