Double room in 4 Storey Georgian Townhouse

Hello potential new housemate! I've decided to rent some rooms out at my house again, something I've done before and really like having people around, plus obviously the money helps!

I'm currently a live in landlord at the house full time unless I'm away in the campervan. I might end up moving away with work soon but currently unsure when. Probably soon.

I have an 8 year old daughter called Issy who lives with me 50% of the time, having kids around might not suit everyone but she's super chill and very funny too.


The house is really nice, right in the centre of town spread over 4 floors so everyone has space. Everyone that has lived here before has loved it.

There's three rooms available:

Small double 3rd Floor £550
Large double 3rd Floor £650
Medium double 4th Floor £600 (taken)

Two rooms are fully furnished, the other one is furnished but currently without a bed. Happy to get one if the new tenant requires.

The house is 4 storey Georgian town house right in the city centre about 30 seconds walk from Belmont Park. 10 minute walk to uni and there's a bus stop right outside. Less than a 5 minute walk to all the best shops, restaurants, bars, cinemas and also the Cathedral, the Central train station and the bus station. There's also a Tesco supermarket across the road which is super convenient.

Heads up we have a Bengal cat and she's the craziest cat I've ever known, but very affectionate and loves a cuddle. She's mostly outdoors these days though.

Looking for chilled out professionals or Phd students ideally between 25-40 capable of being respectful to what is a really nice home and not just some rented out doss house. It's tranquil and clean and we want to keep it that way, so please only apply if you're that way inclined!

All bills included. 500mb wifi (fastest Internet plan in UK), seperate washing machine and tumble dryer. Plenty of kitchen and fridge storage. Virgin TV and Netflix. Smart lighting and heating etc
