I have a double room with en-suite shower room available in a 4 bedroom shared house.

The house is in the King's Heath/Digby area of Exeter, near the main Tesco. Ideally located for Pynes Hill, R, D&E hospital, Sowton, Met Office, Science Park and great motorway access.

It has 4 double bedrooms, a bathroom, cloakroom, lounge/diner, kitchen, garage and plenty of parking.

The train, bus and road links from this area are excellent and it is an easy cycle ride to Sowton, Marsh Barton or the city centre. There are trains every 30 minutes into the city centre. The journey takes about 10 minutes. There are frequent buses to the hospital, the city centre and the university.

The house has recently been redecorated and had new carpets fitted. The kitchen and bathrooms have been recently replaced.
The housemates are all graduate professionals aged between about 23 and 28.
They are hoping for a nice, friendly housemate who is a pleasure to live with. Ideally someone who works conventional hours. Probably a young graduate. Either male or female.

The rent includes council tax (band D), gas, electric, water, broadband and TV licence.

The bedrooms are all generous doubles. All rooms are for single occupancy only. The available room is on the top floor at the back of the house overlooking the garden.
