Large bedsit, own kitchen, shared bathroom

We have a large, furnished, bedsit available which has a great sized living space with small kitchen area and a separate bedroom. The bedroom has double bed, chest of drawers and small built in wardrobe, the lounge is unfurnished. The kitchen has cooker and fridge with freezer box and there is a separate shared laundry room.

The bathrooms are shared, there are 3 showers and 4 toilets shared between 6.

The flat is a great in-between from house share to private accommodation.

Included in the rent is council tax, gas central heating and water.

You would need to pay for the electric you use in the room, the showers operate on a 10p coin meter (for approx 5 mins). The washing machine is £2.50 per wash and the tumble drier is £1.50 per cycle.

There is no internet provided by the landlord but availability for Virgin or another provider via the phone line.
