4 York Road is a recently, fully refurbished and decorated property exclusively for tidy young professionals. This is a four double bedroomed property in the centre of Exeter, close to the main street, the bus station, rail links and of course all the city centre amenities and the University.

Rents include Electricity, Gas, Water rates, Council tax, TV licence, Unlimited high speed broadband. We do regular visits to keep the house up to speed.

Rooms are strictly single occupancy only and normal working hours are preferred.

There are no agents fees to cover contract preparation, ID checks, check in and check out or inventory checks. There are no surprise fees. After six months a minimum of one months notice is required, there are no extension fees. Long term tenancy is preferred.
