The house is within walking distance to the city center 15 mins and to the RD&E hospital , university, or, alternatively in the next road all the main bus routes go into town. There is one private parking space and room for bikes to be stored in the bike shed. There is a garden with garden furniture provided and facilities for drying, washing. Big supermarket is within 2
2 mins walking distance.
