There is plenty of communal space in the house with a newly refurbished lounge, large kitchen diner and outside space for the summer months.

The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, washing machine and cooker. There is one shower room plus an additional WC. Storage area for bikes and on street unrestricted parking at the front of the house.

The rent includes all bills and internet.
