Hi, looking for another student to join us next year in a beautiful, modern 4 bed house, 5 minutes walk from St Lukes, 15 minutes from town. Current tennants will be a PGCE student (Becca) and two final year medical students (Ben & Alex). It’s on Cavendish Road, a quiet cul de sac, and rent is £120 a week and includes internet & TV license. There’s a choice of 2 rooms you can have, one large double bedroom on the ground floor and a slightly smaller double room on the 1st floor - both really nice. There are 2 gorgeous bathrooms, an open plan kitchen/ lounge area, with a large TV, and an outdoor courtyard with shed. We're all really easy going people, enjoy board games, going out exploring, cooking, chilling and watching films. Really nice private landlord so no agency fees! - and all previous tennants have always recieved their full deposit back at the end of the year.
