Monday-Friday or Full Term (rent reduction for Mon-Fri)
Room is furnished with a bed, chest of draws, wardrobe, and reasonable size 4m x 2. 6m if anything else is required it can be sorted!

- Plenty of on road car parking
- TV and Network connection to the room, wifi too!
- Free evening and weekend calls on the landline.
- TV in living room with Cable, Xbox 360 and a media centre pc.
- 120MB cable internet
- Storage for a bike in the conservatory
- small rear garden with covered washing line to the side and washing line in garden
