One ensuite or large double/lounge space

Two rooms available. One ensuite and one double with space for own lounge/home office.

Both rooms in a quiet relaxed house with live in landlord (myself, male 39) and my Border Terrier.

I'm looking to preferably rent out just one of the rooms with the other one taken by myself. The room can come fully furnished or empty if you want to bring your own things.

The house is on a quiet road with plenty of parking outside. It is also on the bus route which takes you into town within 5 mins. It’s about a 40 min walk into town or to the university and pretty much cycle pathed for both destinations. There is close links to the M5 and A30.

The house is very spacious split over three levels and also has a generous garden, which has just been landscaped (lockdown project). All bills are included and plenty of on road parking available too.

A bit about myself, I'm currently working from home 2-3 days a week, my usual office is in town where I work for a marketing company. I have a 18 month old border terrier, when back in the office she will come with me or spend the day elsewhere. I’m a keen DIYer and currently working on converting a VW van to a camper for trips away now we are allowed. I’m very easy going and always out and about doing things, as a local I know the area well so if you want to tag along or need advice/guidance I'm always on duty.

I've done this previously and I have enjoyed having people here, although finding the right fit is vital for it to work, especially now with people spending more time at home. All I ask from tenants is that the space is kept tidy for everyone to use otherwise I'm pretty laid back.

I always offer deposit protection schemes if that is something that is requested.
