Two bedrooms in a family home in Pinhoe, Exeter

We are a friendly family (English & Bulgarian)who is looking for two lodgers to rent our spare bedrooms.

We live in a four bedroom house in Pinhoe, Exeter and
are renting out two of our bedrooms. The house
is perfectly situated within easy access to the M5, airport, science park, Met office, Sowton industrial estate. LIDL, Aldi and Sainsbury's a short walk from us. Pinhoe train station is 10 min way and the house is easily accessable by public transport.
There is lots of On street parking available so parking is not really a problem .
The rooms are homely, a good size and fully furnished.
Bedding, towels and tv can be provided by request.
Both rooms are for SINGLE OCCUPANCY only, no couples.
Both lodgers Share the family bathroom (we have en-suite), and are responsible for keeping it clean. The share areas are kitchen/diner, garden, downstairs loo.

You are welcome to use our kitchen pots and bits but one of the important house rules is that you should leave the kitchen as you found it - clean and tidy.

We do have two cats but no other pets.

We are looking for friendly, clean and tidy lodgers. This is a family home and potential lodgers will need to be mindful that others in the house work a variety of shifts including nights and early mornings.

Smoking is allowed only outside!!!
