Professional Female Seeking Housemate

The property is a 19th century period cottage with free on street parking opposite and excellent transport links into central Exeter.

Double bedroom with sink in room, unfurnished with a lock on the door.

There will be two medium-sized, affectionate dogs at the property who are kept in the kitchen when I am out.
