Double room to rent in private family home

We have a double room to rent in our family home, we are a family of three, us two adults and our daughter. We have 3 cats and a dog.
We are looking for a professional female to rent the room. The room is furnished with two side tables, a sofa, a double bed and a wardrobe as seen in the photos. You will also have use of the main bathroom which is Jack and Jilled to the room that we don't use unless we have guests over. Use of the kitchen and utility room. The room is available to rent now and available to view.
