Lovely double room with own bathroom

Hi,

I currently rent a lovely 2-bed flat in Exminster. My flatmate is moving out, so her double room will be available. The flat has two bathrooms (you’d have your own), and parking right outside.

Just to note the flat is unfurnished, the furniture shown in the photos will be going with my flatmate.

I’m usually quite active and social although right now am a trainee social worker on a one-year fast-track course, so life is fairly focused on work and essays for the moment. I’m friendly, respectful, and used to sharing. I’ve lived in Exeter for many years (with a short stint in Bristol) and really value a trustworthy, friendly and tidy home environment.
