Description

We have a victorian semi in the heart of town. Minutes to the town centre and station. We also have plenty oh parking space.

Cons: We are renovating the property over the next year so periodiclly there will be builders/ourselves about refurbishing. (there is scaffolding up at present, will be there for the next few weeks). Current kitchen is a good size and functional: Dishwasher, wasing machine and tumble drier.

Pros: Bags of space in three storey character property. Looking to let one bedroom. One other professional tenant already in the house. Shared lounge, diner, breakfast room. Good sized garden and offroad parking in town centre location. Currently part furnished. We have fast broadband and I've just put a larger tv in the lounge.

You: Must be employed, respect old buildings (and landlord), be courteous to housemate and be a good communictor. There is also the need to be flexible, possibly moving rooms to make way for refurbishment.
