Choice of 2 double rooms available smaller ensuite

I have recently finished refurbishing a large house which is near to phear park and 8 minute walk into town. There is a choice of 2 double rooms the smaller double has an ensuite.
The house has an upstairs bathroom with bath downstairs there is a kitchen with usual amenities cooker microwave fridge freezer there is a seperate dining room and a downstairs showerroom with loo and a utility room that has washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside space there is a lawned area with large slabbed area and other patio areas. There is a large double garage for any storage needs. It has a driveway and there is also an area off road to park.
The house has recently been completely refurbished so new carpets new furniture bed is due to arrive next week bedding is all new.
There are 2 lounges.
Smoking is not allowed in the house there are areas outside if you are a smoker.
The property is currently up for sale so you would need to allow access to your bedroom for viewings I am only moving within Exmouth and will be renting a room out In my next house if you wished to come with me.
