Single Room available in Hotel - Also Double rooms

FROM 11th October 2021 - We are offering rooms for long term rental at the Manor Hotel in Exmouth EX8 .

Rooms can be rented on a long term basis ie 4+ months.
If you leave before 4 months you forfeit the deposit. 1 months notice after 4th month
Prices vary on room type.

We have the following room types available:
Single room with single bed - £140 pw
Single room with double bed - £161 pw
Double room with double or twin beds - £175 pw
ALL rooms have ensuite - 1 person only

Rent Includes weekly change of linen & weekly room clean.
You are expected to keep your room clean and tidy from one week to the next.

Use of Bar and function room for working and free use of high speed wifi

You can eat in our BBQ13 restaurant on the ground floor or bring in a take away from outside and eat in the function room of the hotel.
