Double Room, Town Centre Location

I have a double room available to rent in a town centre location. The room is part furnished with built in wardrobes and a double bed. (You're welcome to add extra things like a TV) there is an aerial point in the room.
You will have access to the kitchen, bathroom and lounge. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
I am female and work full time so would prefer someone who is female and working. I am sociable and friendly, I enjoy spending my days off exploring and going out for dinner with friends. There will be times when you'll have the flat to yourself as I often go home to Essex on my days off.
Being new to renting I will consider a trial month/short term let to make sure 'it works' for both of us and then hopefully if all ok it can be for as long as required.
