It is a good-sized furnished room. The room has its own sink. The bathroom is shared with 1 other including the landlord. A cleaner comes every other week to clean the communal areas including the bathroom and the kitchen.

Close to town centre. On a bus route and 15 minutes walk to the station. Shared kitchen. with plenty of cupboard and fridge space
Garden. Shared dining room.

Friendly housemates. Would prefer a working (but students are welcome) non-smoking person. Must be clean and tidy as the property is for sale and viewings do take place.
