We are offering a very large furnished double bedroom, with high windows and ceilings. The room is elegantly decorated to accommodate your needs, and you have access to the shower room which is shared.

You need to be a working professional, in full time employment. The rent can be paid weekly or monthly on a rolling contract. No couples.

We have a nice happy home, and as this is a shared property we need you to be understanding of each other by being considerate, clean, tidy and respectful. We are looking to share with quiet and happy people who like to keep to themselves.

Broadband, Council tax, gas and electric only are included, and Freeview is available in your room. You will have use of the kitchen including a dishwasher and washing machine.

Our property is really convenient for Exmouth Town and a short walk to the Estuary and beach. Exmouth train station is a 5 minute walk away with connections in to Exeter. There are also local shops including Tesco Extra and Co-op which are a short walk.

We have a lovely staffy so animal lovers are welcome :)
