Spare room

I have a spare room decent size has some draws a unit and blind and bunkbed in, also have access to garden and living area and kitchen bathroom upstairs and downstairs share house with myself a disabled person and my Small dog and rent includes: electric, water, food, council tax everything really i do like company sometimes I'm a single young lady would like a reference due to previous let downs. 3 months to start see how goes if works out fine then 6 months and so forth
