Room to rent in a family home with 2 young adults (19,18) and a small miniature pinscher dog, who is 14 years old.
Room available to a trustworthy and no-trouble individual, as we are a calm and working household, so a suitable candidate will have to work/study, have some hobbies and interest, follow simple house rules, such as leaving the bathroom/kitchen/toilet etc. in a clean state. Keep the rented room tidy and be respectful of no disruption at night time).
Respectful neighbourhood area, walking distance (10 mins) to train station and to Exmouth town, 15 mins walk to the seafront marina, close (5 min walk) to cycle path leading to Lympstone, darts farm etc.
Smokers considered - allowed only outside to smoke.
Couples considered - rent adjusted to £900 per month
