The property has a fantastic location within 200yds of the beach, and a short walk to the town centre.
We are in a ZoneB residents parking area and if you have a vehicle, a 12-month permit can be purchased; currently for a fee of around £55.
The room available is a 2nd floor furnished double bedroom. There is a newly fitted ground floor toilet and shower room, plus a newly fitted shower and bathroom on the 2nd floor, large new kitchen and a comfortable living room with a woodburner for the winter months.
There is a washing machine and tumble dryer available and the property benefits from fast WiFi.
I have a room on the 1st floor with an ensuite.
The property is still undergoing little bits of redecoration and I am looking for a lodger to support my finances to continue with the final improvements. The property currently has bare Victorian wooden floorboards with no carpets.
I have enjoyed renting rooms in different properties for the last 12-years. I’m very quiet, courteous and active and am looking for someone with similar values.
I’m offering a month’s trial period to ensure both parties are happy before offering a 6-month contract if that’s what you’d like.
I’ve worked really hard to make the areas that I have renovated really nice so am looking for someone that is very clean and respectful to look after my property. I’d love to meet you and show you around.
A bit more about me: I like to connect with people; I work as a well-being coach for young people. This is in schools as well as online from home. I also work as an estate agent 1-day a week. I’m a retired athlete and value exercise everyday. I like to think I tread lightly on the planet, I tend not to prep meat at home but would respect you if you did. I value enthusiasm, humour and thoughtfulness.

Pebbles is a rescue dog who was homed on the condition that she’s the only animal in the property; so sorry, no pets allowed.
