Our 1930's semi is a family home. Not a show house we thrive on chats with cups of tea, coffee and wine and binge watching murder documentaries and the Antiques road show.

A love of pets (dogs n cats) is a must .

You'll find us a pretty quiet household with the comings and goings of two adults and a teenager. The adults are full time professionals and at times work unsocial hours. With this in mind, there needs to be an understanding that unsocial sleeping patterns will need to be accommodated.

Broadband, bills are included . The use of the garden and lounge with wood burner is there for you to enjoy should you wish.

We will need to meet with you before proceeding with coming to live with us so we can see if you are the right fit for us and of course whether we are your cup of tea to.
