Large Double Room Bicton Street Exmouth

This house is based on Bicton Street, which is under a 10-minute walk from Exmouth Station, 1 minute into town and 5 minutes from the beach.

I have two mostly-indoor cats, and I split my time between working from home (in a separate office room) and working out in the community.

The room available is a large, furnished double with a kingsize bed and a built-in wardrobe. It’s not ensuite, but you’ll have use of the shared bathroom and kitchen. There’s also access to a bike shed, and street permit parking is available if needed.

All bills are included, along with a cleaner who comes every other week.
