Large Double Room Bicton Street Exmouth

We live on Bicton Street, which is a 10-minute walk to Exmouth Station and 5 minute walk to the beach.

We have two cats who are mostly indoor. My husband works mostly in London and comes and goes between London and Devon. I work partly from home in a separate office room and partly in the community.

We have a large furnished double room with a kingsize bed. The room has a large built-in wardrobe. It is not an ensuite room. The house has a shared bathroom and kitchen. There is access to a bike shed, and you can pay for street permit parking.

Bills, including a cleaner who comes every other week, are included.
