Nice room, in built wardrobe, in ceiling led lights, flat screen smart tv on wall. Detached and peaceful so night shift worker friendly. Access wifi point in room and own doorbell connected to front of main house. Secure bicycle storage available.
Use of kitchen with all you need, shared wetroom/ bathroom with one other
Friendly household. Outside bar and darts area where we occasionally have a get together in warmer months
Must be quiet living ..clean and tidy non smokers proffered but not critical.
57 Bus stop literally outside and 10 min walk to local shopping arcade
Cost includes all consumables like washing powder and lquid...toilet rolls etc
