Single furnished room with double (in alcove)or single bed available. Looking for male or female 28yrs +

A deposit is required and an employers reference.

The property is situated on the outskirts of Exmouth (off Dinan Way - the common end not Lidls) and is on several bus routes into Exmouth town centre or Exeter.

You will have full use of the kitchen,(including utensil's, plates etc) dining area, living room, upstairs bathroom/toilet and downstairs toilet. Also the patio/garden when it's dry! I do have limited space available in the garage if required.

Just incase you haven't seen that there is a pet in the property, I will reiterate. She is a very friendly Jack Russell, she loves people(thankfully!)loves to give hugs, licks and play :)However, I and she realise some people don't like 'licks' she or I won't be offended if you don't allow it, I promise :)
